Orders
All items that are NOT listed as pre-order or print on demand (3D printed items) should ship within 1 business day. Delivery time will vary based on shipping method chosen and delivery location but all orders include tracking numbers.

We also have an Ebay storefront if you prefer to buy via Ebay as all of our items are available on both sites at the same price and shipping!

We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal.
Returns

Sales on new items have a 14 day return policy if the product is unopened and not damaged.

Buyer pays return shipping costs.

Refunds for returns are normally sent within 5-7 business days after product arrives at our store.

For returns, we will either issue a full store credit or refund payment minus (-) 15% restocking fee.

Used items are sold as is with no return unless there is a clear issue with item description or defect.

All packages/shipping DO NOT include insurance unless specifically noted. If a package was damaged in transit we will work with you and the shipping company to refund the value of the item (or replace if we have a direct replacement available) but are not responsible for items damaged in transit. Insurance is available if requested.
Gift Cards
We offer online gift cards in various amounts which you can order from our online store.
Gift Card orders are sent via a digital code to your email.

We are open to the public at this time however hours will vary based on Covid and local restrictions. Please call to confirm daily hours of operation.

Trades:
If you have a toy or collection you are looking to sell, we suggest you email us a complete list of toys, their general condition, and missing accessories if known, and pictures front and back.

PFT will assess the value and provide a cash value estimate and note any products we are not interested in.
​
We then provide a pre-paid shipping label you can print and use to ship your toys to us.
We then review the actual condition and provide a final buyout price.

If you accept, payment is made within 24 hours to your Paypal account or via Venmo. If you choose to pass, we ship your collection back at a flat rate shipping charge to you.
